Post Graduate Student Consortium (PGSC)

We are thrilled to invite you to the 2025 Postgraduate Student Conference (PGSC) Feedback Session, a standout event tailored specifically for the CAAD community. This session is a rare opportunity for postgraduate students (Master’s and PhD) to receive personalized, in-depth feedback from a panel of leading researchers and experts in the field. Unlike typical paper sessions, our focus is on enhancing your research scope, methodology, impact, and expected results.What makes PGSC truly unique is its emphasis on fostering communication and collaboration among students. This session is designed to create a supportive environment where you can connect with peers, share insights, and build lasting relationships within the CAAD community. With extended interaction time, this session not only provides valuable feedback but also encourages meaningful exchanges, making it perfect for those aspiring to excel in academia or PhD students seeking fresh perspectives beyond their supervisors. Join us to connect with the CAAD community and elevate your research to new heights.

  • Major Update in Eligibility:

    • This year, as long as you are a student at the time of application and your research aligns with the CAADRIA conference theme, you are eligible to participate. This means you don't need to have an accepted paper at the conference to participate in the PGSC. However, in the event of a large number of applications, priority will be given to authors of accepted abstracts.

  • Eligibility:

    • Open to all conference participants (no additional fees apply).

    • Must be a Master or PhD student at the time of application.

    • Research work must align with CAADRIA topics.

    • Free and open for all to join and listen (no registration required).

  • Application Process:
    ​If you are interested, and we highly encourage all student participants to take part, please send the following to caadria.pgsc@gmail.com:

    • ​Your CV

    • An abstract of your postgraduate research (distinct from your accepted paper if any)

    • Three questions you would like to ask the panel about your postgraduate study experience or research

  • Submission deadline:

    • January 15, 2025 (AoE)
